Our top dog and fearless leader, Damian, started DJI in 2002 after working for others as part of the Local 1144 Union Drywallers and discovering that he was better suited for leading a team than following someone else.

Our Installations Manager and lead installer, Jason, has over 10 years of experience installing appliances and has been with the DJI team for 12 years now! When it comes to installing appliances, there's almost nothing this guy can't do and he's always up for the challenge.

Our lead installer Eric enjoys the day to day problem solving that comes with being an appliance installer, and the collaborative part of working as a team. He likes it so much that he’s been with our team for 10 years (and counting).
