Pricing*

This pricing is based on standard installation, meaning all plumbing, gas, electrical, venting, etc. are located per manufacturer recommendations.
Our installers are fully capable of modifying cabinetry, moving gas, electrical, plumbing, etc., but the pricing below reflects standard installation only.

Standard installation does include the parts needed to attach your new appliances to the existing supplies.
For example:
  • Installation of a gas range would include the flex gas connector and the range cord.
  • A dishwasher installation would include the water supply line.
Installers test all the appliances on site for proper function. In order for us to guarantee our installations there must be power, water, and gas running at the time of installation.

On-site estimates are available for a $50 non-refundable booking fee, $145hr after the first hour. This fee covers the admin time and up to 1hr of our estimater's time. Most estimates take less than 1hr if you know what appliances you want. If your looking for complete measurments and/or options, (Because you do not know what will work) these estimates can take 2-3 hours.  Travel fees apply for estimates outside of our standard service area.
